KEIKO

Keiko is a tasting menu of street fusion cuisine and omakase format. Omakase is a Japanese expression that means ‘I leave it up to you, or I leave it in your hands’ and is said by the customer of a restaurant, usually a sushi restaurant, to instruct the chef to prepare what he wants. The customer simply enjoys the dishes that arrive at his table.

Street is defined because all the dishes are designed to be eaten without cutlery, if they define it as fusion it is because they mix dishes and flavors from different cultures, from Asia to South America, with a Mediterranean base that represents our best product. Keiko means fluorescent, what they try to transmit by way of freshness, youth and power in the dishes.
