When Rabadán asked us to design a sofa for watching television, we were excited because it was an important challenge, and we love it. We investigated in depth, and there really isn’t a lot of sofa on the market designed and designed for watching television. Nothing worthwhile.

We came up with a versatile design that would adapt to any possible scenario, family typology and user. The result is a sofa with a lot of depth, but very changeable and with capacity for many people. It is not a sofa, it is a family of sofas, to try to give options for different living realities.

The direct inspiration was the different real postures we adopt when we watch TV: lying down with our head on a cushion, reclining with our feet on top, lying on the floor and leaning on the seat…, including the configurations when family and friends gather around the TV to watch a film, situations that are quite peculiar…
